As we go through life, “life happens”, how we react to it is what determines the outcome. My “outcome” was depression, becoming overweight and struggling with fitness. I once armed myself with Prozac, Ambien and food to get through the “emotional pain,” then I noticed something in the mirror. The girl staring back at me wasn’t me, so I took one big scary leap of faith and headed to Jeremy Scott Fitness for the first time.

The motivation for a lifestyle change is often ignited by fear, as in this client success story; fear of ill health or missing out on life. Once sparked, keeping that fire burning takes dedication and expert guidance. Allison shares her story of how ISSA Trainer, Andy Dooley, helped her through her trials to triumph over anxiety and a lifetime of dieting. 

After trying several fad diets and going back to the gym,  Rose Bolton reached out to Obi Obadike who was writing a diet and exercise book with Morris Chestnut called, “The Cut”.   She learned how simple is better when it comes to the food you put in your body and found herself feeling like a new person that radiated throughout every aspect of her life.

Lily Thorig was a 30-year-old stay at home mother of 2 and was severely over weight.  Fast forward to today, she has not only been able to keep the weight off but was given the opportunity to work at The Camp. She is now Co-District Director for six of their gyms and working on getting her ISSA personal training certification.
