About the Course

This course, designed for personal trainers, is an approach to strength training with an emphasis on aligning the forces and levers, or "moment arms", of both the muscles and resistance. Familiar exercises such as presses, squats, and curls will be used, however, this course will show you the axes and lines of force provided by the exercise, and how and why coordination with the torque provided by the muscles and joints is important.
