About the Course
  1. Using high-intensity interval training, clients can burn fat faster and build muscle quicker, making it an ideal workout for clients who say they "don't have time to workout." HIIT includes short bursts of intense exercise, alternating with less intense resting periods. The short bursts of exercise are performed at roughly 80 to 95 percent of the client's estimated maximal heart rate.
