As Assistant Vice President of Workforce Productivity, Alexandra provides absence management consulting on paid and unpaid time off programs and manages vendor relationships to contain employer costs and improve the overall employee experience. She has worked with a wide range of clients to design and implement various workers' compensation programs - including return to work, alternative non-for-profit return to work, drug testing, and telephonic nurse triage. Alexandra also helps clients successfully navigate the claims process by managing claim reviews and ongoing litigation. She has extensive knowledge about workers' compensation from employer and employee perspectives, allowing her to deliver effective solutions to mitigate workers' compensation exposure and liability and, ultimately, improve the productivity of the workforce by returning employees to work. Alexandra graduated cum laude from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelors of Science in mathematics and anthropology and later earned her Master of Arts in humanities from the University of Chicago. She will soon receive her certification as a Certified Professional in Disability Management (CPDM).
