About the Course
An entrepreneur, Doug Kantner established the Kantner Group, an Ohio-based company that specializes in manufacturing and distribution of dairy proteins. As chief executive officer, he helped grow the company by overseeing the acquisition of an Italian cheese business and by securing manufacturing facilities in places like California and New Jersey. In recognition of his accomplishments, Ernst & Young nominated Doug Kantner for its Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
Complementing his commitment to the Kantner Group, Doug Kantner leads AME Nutritional Ingredients an Ohio based company with offices in Ohio, WI and Los Angeles, CA. In preparation for his career, he enrolled at the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned his bachelor of science in economics. Earlier, he studied at the US Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland.
