Thomas Munck is a certified Physical Education and School Health teacher in Connecticut. He holds both his Masters of Science and a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Southern Connecticut State University.
Early on in life, he truly never thought he would ever have a passion for physical fitness or nutrition. Neither of the two sparked any interest for him. But as time went on, Thomas found himself getting heavier year after year, and began to experience a number of health problems, and lacked motivation physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Unfortunately, this made for some rough years growing up, until he was fortunate enough to have his grandmother send a video series put together by a physical education teacher from Florida that taught him about the benefits of daily physical fitness and proper nutrition.
Thomas can remember watching that video every single day for an entire summer, knowing that a fire inside of was ignited, and he was ready to make a change. This passion lead Thomas to starting working at a gym during high school, and right into the Exercise Science department at Southern Connecticut State University.
During his time as an undergraduate student he was able to achieve my Bachelors in Exercise Science, and two teaching certifications in Physical Education, and School Health. These certifications lead him right towards his current profession, as a high school School Health and Physical Education teacher were Thomas prides himself on positively impacting the youth, who he believes with the right guidance can eventually change our world!
In addition to teaching, the passion for overall health and wellness, physical fitness, and nutrition never went away, which prompted him to continue his education through the Exercise Science Master's degree program at SCSU, and online through Precision Nutrition. Having earned both of those accolades, and a vast amount of knowledge Thomas decided to start this online nutritional guidance counseling service; where he strives to educate individuals on how to lead a healthy balanced lifestyle through proper nutrition and physical fitness.
