To qualify for the Job Guarantee, candidates must actively participate in ISSA Career Connect during their job search period. Full eligibility requirements are outlined in the Job Guarantee Terms and Conditions.
Job Guarantee: ISSA offers a money-back guarantee to candidates who have completed the Certified Personal Trainer program (on its own or as part of Elite Trainer or Master Trainer), the Advanced Health Coach program or the ISSA Yoga 200 program and met the criteria below.
Note: ISSA does not offer job placement services at this time. Instead, ISSA provides structured career support, employer visibility, and hiring connections through ISSA Career Connect.

To request a refund, review the requirements listed and download the Job Guarantee Request Form. Fill it out and email to support@issaonline.com for review.
Any refund issued will be automatically refunded to the original payment form within 30 days.

The Job Guarantee Refund applies only to the purchase of the Certified Personal Trainer Course, the Advanced Health Coach program or the ISSA Yoga 200 program. If you purchased the Certified Personal Trainer Course as part of the Elite Trainer or Master Trainer package, the refund applies to the full package. Your refund will equal the full amount you paid for the program or package, as stated on your receipt, with no fees deducted.
