Overview

The seated low pulley row is a compound exercise for the back, shoulders, and biceps.

Description

  • Sit on the machine and hold the handles.
  • Pull the bar to the waist.
  • Imagine the weight in against your elbows and squeeze the back muscles.
  • Avoid rounding the shoulders.
  • Return the weight.
  • Repeat.
