  • Here is what each program costs. Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) is $868 paid in full, or $89 a month for 12 months. Elite Trainer is $1,300 paid in full, or $125 a month for 12 months. Master Trainer is $2,100 paid in full, or $175 a month for 12 months. A separate $79 NCCPT exam fee applies. You will see every payment before you check out.
