What is high altitude and what happens when we arrive at higher altitudes? Get those questions answered in this course. Whether you have a client who wants to be a step above the competition or who just enjoys traveling to higher altitude on the weekends and enjoy the scenery, this course will teach you the basics and how the body responds to change in altitude.
