About Jessica Franklin

Jessica is an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer who is passionate about educating and equipping families to live healthy, active lifestyles. As a young girl Jessica struggled with low self-esteem which lead to weight gain, yo-yo dieting, and eating disorders. Motherhood and the resulting responsibilities of raising a family changed her perspective and shifted her focus to establishing holistic healthy lifestyle habits for herself and her family. Jessica also offers Healthy Family classes around her community and is co-authoring a Family Fitness Certification course to help other passionate fitness professionals serve this demographic.
