Personal Trainer is Strength Coach to Superstar Athletes

San Antonio , TX - March 10, 2004 - When Priest Holmes of the Kansas Chiefs needs more footspeed, he calls BayBay. When N.D. Kalu of the Philadelphia Eagles needs more leg strength, he calls Baybay. When Eric Brown of the Houston Texans needs more explosion, he also, calls BayBay. And even the World Champion San Antonio Spurs have been using his expertise for four straight years as the Assistant Strength and Conditioning coach.

Is it a coincidence that Baybay McClinton trains the top athletes? Or is Baybay really that good to be literally training the world's who's who of world-class athletes? “The results speak for themselves,” says Dr. Sal Arria, CEO of the International Sports Sciences Association, “Baybay is truly a fantastic personal trainer with a great education. He devoured our Specialist in Sports Conditioning (SSC) certification course, is staying current with his ongoing continuing education, and he successfully puts his education to use.”

And when we thought Baybay's client list was impressive enough, he said that he is also the Head Strength and Conditioning coach for the WNBA San Antonio Silver Stars. How does Baybay have time for all this work?

“Work? I don't work; I just have a ton of fun as a personal trainer. I couldn't imagine myself doing anything else.”

As a lifelong Texan, Baybay was a professional NFL athlete, playing for the Dallas Cowboys and the Houston Oilers in the late eighties and early nineties. He then sought out a professional certification organization that offered the curriculum and credibility he needed to be a successful strength trainer working with athletes.

As for his other programs, Baybay revealed that he does speed and strength camps for virtually all ages, several times each year. “This is where my real passion is,” says Bremond, who goes by Baybay. “I can't think of a better way to serve my community than to be a positive, drug-free role model to countless hundreds of kids that come to my camps each year.”

When asked how Bremond got his nick name “Baybay”, “Well, my athletes have lots of names for me,” he said with a smile, “they usually shout something out when they are being pushed beyond a limit they like. But seriously, ‘Baybay' was given to me as a nickname by my sister when I was a kid, and it stuck.”

When Baybay was asked if he would do anything different if he was to start his career over again, he said, “Nope, I wouldn't do anything different. I would get through my certification course as a fast as possible, and start building my client base.”
